Evaluation pilot terms
Version 0 · August 2026 · These plain-language terms govern pilot use of the Vetta Broker workspace. A counsel-reviewed agreement replaces them before any paid engagement.
What the pilot is
Vetta Broker is evaluation software provided as-is during the pilot, without warranties of any kind. The public demo workspace uses synthetic data; a private tenant operates on the data your team puts into it.
AI output is advisory
AI-generated findings, summaries, answers, and drafts are decision support, not decisions, and are not legal, tax, or brokerage advice. Every consequential action requires review by a licensed person at your brokerage, and responsibility for licensed activity remains with your licensees and broker of record.
Your data
Documents and transaction data you upload are processed only to operate your workspace. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell it. Document access is logged, and exports let you verify file integrity independently. On pilot termination, we delete your tenant data on request.
Your responsibilities
Use only media and data you have the rights to use (listing photos, MLS content, client documents). Keep account credentials private. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share with a software provider.
Term and changes
Either side can end the pilot at any time, for any reason, with notice by email. We may update these pilot terms; material changes are communicated to pilot contacts before they take effect.
